ICE INSPIRATION AND THE BMO SKATE CANADA SYNCHRONIZED SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to Kingston Synchro's Intermediate team - Ice Inspiration on two great skates at the 2011 BMO Skate Canada Synchronized Skating Championships in Brampton on February 24 - 26. Ice Inspiration achieved 13th place at the National Level! Well done skaters!

Congratulations go out to Thomas Babcock from the Kingston Silver Blades who earned the Gold Medal in Level 2 Men's at the Special Olympics, Canada Winter Games! Great job Thomas!!!

Special Olympics Provincial Games in Thunder Bay - 21-23 January 2011

Kathleen Nute - 5th in level 1 ladies singles (Kathleen had 11 competitors, so this was a great skate for her first provincial games!)
Erin Bennett - 3rd in level 2 ladies singles, 1st in level 1 pairs, 2nd in level 2 ladies solo dance
Thomas Babcock - 1st in level 2 men's singles, 1st in level 1 pairs

Synchro Capers in Newmarket - 21-23 January 2011

Pre Novice - 6th place (A mere 0.98 points separated the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th place teams!!)
Intermediate - 5th place
